This beautiful 2-person apartment is located in the high-quality project Residenz Drachenstein Wildschönau, which was completed in 2017. Residenz Drachenstein is characterized by the large terraces/balconies, windows and a warm Austrian look from the outside and a modern design look from the inside. The building is equipped with a general ski depot and a wonderful wellness area. The residence is located near the center of Niederau. From the house you have a magnificent view over the Wildschönau. Residenz Drachenstein has a luxurious wellness area with a large jacuzzi, steam bath, saunas, showers, relaxation area, etc. In addition, the building has a separate washing and drying room, a ski depot, a charger for electric cars (for a fee) and a charger for e-bikes. There is also an underground parking garage. Residenz Drachenstein is led by a Dutch caretaker couple, who live in the complex and are therefore almost always present. Het appartementencomplex ligt slechts op een kleine 500 meter afstand van de skiliften. Het centrum van het dorp ligt vlakbij de locatie. De appartementen hebben een wijds uitzicht op de Wildschönauer bergen, het dorp Niederau en de afdalingen van het lokale Markbachjoch skigebied.
Sinds 2012 is de Wildschönau verbonden met het skigebied van het Alpbachtal middels één van de modernste gondelbanen, resulterend in een super skigebied van 150 km aan skipistes. Dit maakt het gebied geschikt voor skiërs van alle niveaus. Zowel voor families met kleine kinderen als voor de professionele cracks en snowboarders die hun hand niet omdraaien voor zwart, buckelpistes en tiefsneeuwafdalingen. Ook de sportieve langlaufers en fervente bergwandelaars kunnen hun hart ophalen in het uitgebreide en prachtige natuurgebied van dé Wildschönau.
Het vrijwel ongerepte natuurgebied dé Wildschönau behoort tot één van de oudste skigebieden van Tirol, maar vormt ook ’s zomers een prachtige vakantielocatie in de bergen. In de zomer kan je door middel van de Wildschönau Card gratis gebruik maken van de liften. De Wildschönau is met 300 km aan wandelpaden een echt wandelparadijs. Bergwandelen, diverse outdoor-(berg-)sporten, paragliding, tennissen, zwemmen en niet te vergeten heerlijk golfen op de vele golfbanen in de directe omgeving, is allemaal mogelijk in de Wildschönau.
