Mont Blanc Alpine Estate is Romex’s first project located in Europe’s largest ski area Les Portes du Soleil with the impressive Mont Blanc of 4800 meters high in the immediate proximity.
Mont Blanc Alpine Estate consists of 24 apartments, equally divided between two residences of 12 houses each. Above that there are 2 exclusive penthouses. There is also a detached chalet of approximately 240 m2 of living space. The apartments range from 60 to 140 m2. The buildings are characterized by large windows with beautiful terraces and / or balconies and a warm Savoyard (in accordance with the Haute Savoie region) appearance from the outside and a modern, design-like look from the inside, in accordance with the Romex concept.
All apartments are equipped with a luxury designer kitchen, often several luxury bathrooms, wooden floors, comfortable furniture, excellent sleeping comfort, WiFi and Smart TVs, etc.
In the indoor parking garage there is a luxurious wellness area with jacuzzi, sauna and fitness equipment, as well as a spacious children’s playroom. In addition to the many garage spaces, you will also find a separate ski depot here. From the parking garage you have direct access (elevator or stairs) to the apartment buildings. Both residences are of course equipped with an elevator. Outside, the residences are surrounded by attractive gardens and there is an illuminated tennis court.
Mont Blanc Alpine Estate is located in the village of La Chapelle. It is an authentic and picturesque French village located in the high mountains of the Haute Savoie, near the Swiss border. It is located in the middle of the Abondance valley, known for its delicious cheeses and beautiful wines.
Mont Blanc Alpine Estate is situated on the location, called “La Joly”, not coincidentally the most picturesque corner of the village. It is next to the beautiful church, which is a protected monument with beautiful frescoes and a floor of authentic Jerusalem stone. Mont Blanc Alpine Estate is located only 50 meters from the valley station “Crêt Béni”, also the start of the cross-country trails.
In la Chapelle d’Abondance and the nearby French Châtel and Swiss Morgins are many shops, cafes and, mostly culinary, restaurants. In addition, these places offer a rich and varied nightlife for young and old.
The skiing possibilities of Les Portes du Soleil are limitless and Europe’s largest ski area is absolutely guaranteed of snow. From December until May you can enjoy an abundance of sun and snow. Within “no time” you can also enter the more than 650 km of ski slopes of Les Portes du Soleil. These ski slopes are extensive and wide for the novice skier to steep and narrow for the real cracks. Waiting times at the lifts are hardly known, due to the large lift capacities and the vastness of the ski areas.
Les Portes du Soleil is also a fantastic location for your summer vacation. During the summer, at least 14 ski lifts remain open to take the mountain biker to the peaks of the mountains. There are numerous possibilities to discover the mountains on foot, with the high mountains of the Haute Savoie in the background. And how about a wonderful boat trip on the vast Lake Geneva and then have a nice lunch or dinner in fashionable and bustling Lausanne? It’s all within reach. The river Dranse, which flows through the Abondance valley, offers many opportunities for water sports.
